President William Ruto has appointed former Energy Cabinet Secretary (CS) Charles Keter as his advisor on Great Lakes Region Affairs.
State House Press Secretary Emmanuel Talam confirmed Keter’s appointment.
He previously served as a Member of Parliament and a Senator in Kericho County.
In 2022, he resigned from cabinet to vie for the Kericho governor seat but lost in the UDA nominations to Eric Mutai.
