Kisumu Girls High School has been closed indefinitely, and all students were sent home after students went on a rampage over entertainment music.

According to Capital News, a teacher confirmed that all classes have been affected by the abrupt closure.

Further, she revealed that trouble started last night when the administration declined to have music in the school.

“The students were eager to have music as entertainment but the management declined the program last night,” the teacher stated.

Additionally, the source revealed that students started being defiant on Saturday with some sitting in the fields refusing to go to sleep.

The matter escalated on Sunday, with students being rowdy and making noise in the school.

The administration opted to release the students home after deliberations to ease the building tension
