Political Analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has urged President William Ruto to provide transparency regarding the allocation of funds by the Kenya Kwanza government.

According to a credible source, it has been disclosed that the government, under President William Ruto's leadership, has secured substantial loans from foreign countries. Mutahi Ngunyi has called for a thorough account of how these funds were utilized.

Taking to his official X account, Ngunyi posted this:

"Dear Ruto: Where is the State of the Nation Address to Parliament? Article 132 of the constitution DEMANDS that the President reports on what he has DONE with 3 Trillion shillings annually. After one year, Sir, you have DONE a lot. But you have NOT told us WHAT. Speak to us.", Mutahi Ngunyi.

In response to his statement, Kenyans have also urged the government, led by President William Ruto, to address the issue of high living expenses in the country, emphasizing that this should be the topmost priority for the Kenya Kwanza administration.

As per the accounts shared by a majority of Kenyans, the government under President William Ruto should also take substantial measures to tackle the growing number of unemployed individuals in the country.

Do you think Mutahi Ngunyi was being sarcastic?
