Dr. Ekuru Aukot dropped a late night Shocker and according to him, there is a tech company that is behind SHIF. This is what he posted, "Kenyans, Habari Ndio Hii Hapa: The company, Commtech Consortium LTD, that is apparently behind the Shs 104 Billion Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF) scam jointly with Adani Group and Safaricom PLC is also a shareholder 25% in SportPesa.

Reportedly, Commtech Consortium LTD is owned by employees from Hamilton Harrison and Mathews (HHM), where Safaricom Chairman, Mr Adil Khawaja, is the managing partner of the law firm.

Commtech was incorporated on March 23, 2023. Lawyers Deborah Linet Ontiri owns 80%, and Peter Jr Okaalet owns 20%.
