The Azimio Coalition will oust Sabina Chege from her post as the National Assembly Minority Whip, according to besieged Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni.

On Wednesday, after a meeting at the State House in Nairobi, more than 30 MPs, including Sabina Chege, parted with Azimio La Umoja One Kenya and allied themselves with President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza Alliance.
"Sabina no longer holds the job we had appointed her to keep as our whip in the National Assembly. When the House reconvenes on Tuesday, these lawmakers present ought to make sure Sabina is de-whipped, Kioni said.
