ODM leader Raila Odinga now asserts that he used "ethical hackers" to learn the specifics of his allegedly fraudulent election triumph.
Raila has asserted that an IEBC insider, whom he has referred to as a whistleblower, gave him accurate presidential election results.
The opposition leader claims that the results indicate that he won the most recent general election by a margin of 2.2 million votes.
Raila said he held off on commenting on the election results as he anticipated the whistleblower's exposé in an interview with Ramogi TV on Monday.

The ODM leader said that the IEBC pressured him into using the technological assistance of foreign hackers to discover information regarding the presidential tally.
"Since I would have been pretty depressed, I refrained from talking about the results and the elections. To ascertain the truth, I had to hunt for ethical hackers, said Raila.
He asserted that the results presented by former IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati were different from those recorded in the servers.
Chebukati refuted the allegations, stating that the Supreme Court had approved the poll's results.
Raila also disclosed that his hackers were pursued by the State for more than a month when they entered the nation with their sophisticated equipment to obstruct their job.
"They carried their equipment with us when we acquired them from abroad. They tracked them for almost a month, so a few in Kajiado and perhaps Kiambu had to trek to the Athi River, he claimed.
According to Raila, the ethical hackers gave him proof that the IEBC was hiding the accurate presidential figures.
"I told my fans that I would address them when I returned to the country because these revelations happened while I was still in South Africa... From the most recent general elections, it was clear that Ruto had not won relatively, stated Raila.
Azimio received 8.1 million votes, compared to 5.9 for Ruto. With a 2.2 million vote advantage, we won the most recent election.
President William Ruto defeated Raila in the presidential election, announced by Chebukati and confirmed by the Supreme Court, with 7.2 million votes to 6.9 million votes.
