According to Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, the Azimio la Umoja coalition intends to submit a motion to inquire into the behaviour of Vice President Rigathi Gachagua.

His threat comes in response to the contentious claims made by DP Gachagua on Saturday in Kericho that the national government is a corporation in which those who supported them in the general election in August are the largest stockholders and will reap the most significant rewards.

Wenye kampuni wale wako na shares mingi...kuna wale hawana, hii serikali ni kampuni na ni ya shares. An investment was made by Nyinyi in the Ruto and Gachagua camps. Gachagua then uttered "mliamka mapema."

Senator Sifuna stated on Thursday that Gachagua's comments show that the government is operating an exclusive administration even though they should be serving all Kenyans regardless of who Kenyans elected

"Gachagua was overheard declaring recently that Kenya is a business. Regardless of whether you voted for Ruto or Raila Odinga, Kenya is for all of us, according to Azimio, because it is our motherland and we pay taxes like everyone else "On Radio Citizen, he stated.

Because of his statements, which we believe are dividing the country and giving the impression that some people are more important than others, we have set up a motion to discuss his actions.

Senator Sifuna stated that it is crucial to remove the House leaders of Azimio who support President William Ruto's beliefs since doing so will obstruct their party's objective, which includes promoting the investigation into DP Gachagua.

They removed Senate Minority Whip Fatuma Dullo of Isiolo, who had shown loyalty to President Ruto, for the same reason, according to Sifuna.

"Being a leader in Parliament is crucial because you are expected to carry out your party's program. If you disagree with the ideals of your team, you cannot lead them "said he.

"A good example is that we, Azimio, have taken a line that we do not recognize President Ruto as our president, and if you do not support that stand, then you should leave the coalition," he continued.

According to Jubilee, conflicts exist between Azimio, Dullo, and the delegation that met with the president in the White House. As a result, we require a skilled individual to advance our goals.

On February 15, Azimio leader Raila Odinga announced leadership changes for the Senate and suggested de-whipping Senator Dullo.

Ledama Ole Kina, a fiery senator from Narok who had been acting as the Deputy Minority Whip, took over for Dullo as the Senate's Minority Whip.

Moreover, a senator, Edwin Sifuna of Nairobi, was given the vacant position of Deputy Minority Whip due to Ole Kina's promotion.

But, the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT) reversed the dismissal, preventing Azimio from making the adjustments.
