 Maverick is no stranger to controversy in Kenya, but more importantly, she does not hold back when expressing the truth.  In a lengthy Facebook comment posted on May 25, Maverick Aoko expressed her curiosity about why certain individuals harbor so much bitterness and negativity towards her.
Aoko observed that these individuals who insult her do so without presenting any substantial facts, relying solely on hatred and negativity. However, she affirmed her commitment to staying true to herself and refusing to let hurtful words intimidate or stress her.
"But let me tell you something: your negativity won't break me or discourage me from doing my thing. In fact, I feel sorry for you because, at the end of the day, I don't lose anything. I remain true to myself, the one and only Aoko, and I won't allow myself to be intimidated or stressed by your hurtful words," stated Aoko.
Speaking about her support for President Ruto through Waza News, the sensational writer said her support for her president is unwavering and unconditional. She promised not to back down from speaking the truth fearlessly and boldly. Miss Aoko reminded people that nobody is perfect and we all have our own problems and issues. "My support for President William Ruto is unwavering and unconditional. I won't back down from speaking the truth, fearlessly and boldly. Nobody is perfect, and we all have our own problems and issues. But please, don't mistake my vulnerability for weakness and think I'll bow down to senseless attacks," read the statement.
