Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has confirmed that he has no bad blood with President William Ruto despite their political differences.

Speaking to HabariStar Television, Kalonzo has stated that he only disagrees with the leadership decisions he has made at the helm of the nation's leadership.

"I have no problem with Ruto, every time we meet he says "ndugu yangu Kalonzo, I have no problem with anyone," he said.

Further, Kalonzo said that he will remain firm in defending the opposition's cause of contesting against the government until some of their implementations are reviewed.

"I have a problem with people who do anything to be in power. Sio mambo ya kibinafsi ni msimamo na ikiwa msimamo wa pamoja ikiwa ni kundi la Azimio mimi nitakuwa plae kuhakikisha tuko pamoja ili tulinde hali ya demokrasia ya nchi yetu."

However, he said that the opposition is yet to recognize Ruto as the democratically elected President of the nation, stating that if they will not quench demanding the opening of the IEBC servers which he claims bears the truth on who won the highly contested 2022 polls.

"If the server will be opened and the truth be known under the constitution then there will be no problem to recognise him. However we know that he has the powers as we saw the handover from Uhuru Kenyatta," said Kalonzo.
