Raila Odinga, the head of Azimio, has criticised the disproportionate force used on demonstrators during anti-government protests, claiming that Kenyan police are guilty of offensive aggression.
According to Raila, police used aggressive and oppressive violence on innocent Kenyans throughout the protests.
He told the president that his police officers used brutal force against the people he swore to protect.

The opposition leader also stated that the alliance will go to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to pursue individuals responsible for the maiming of protesters.
He added that rutos agents, led by IG Koome, have committed genocide and murdered unarmed Kenyans exercising their democratic right to protest and that they will prosecute these charges in the world's highest court.
Raila also intimated on Saturday that the opposition will use different tactics in future protests to avoid the loss of life.
"These acts will not intimidate us...we don't even need to bring people out on the streets; we can tell them to stay at home; that is another way of expressing displeasure and dissatisfaction," he stated.
