The 10th and final round of the Kenya National Autocross Championship on Sunday promises to be an exciting experience in the mud, as nearly every title has already been claimed.

Kenya Rally Team (KRT) is organizing the race, and two of the main attractions are the Bengi siblings, Eann and Allan.

Participants will run four heats at the WRC SSS Race track Moi International Sports Complex, Kasarani, with the best three heats counting toward the final classification.

The Two Wheel Drive Non Turbo-buggy and Two Wheel Drive Non Turbo-car titles are already in the bag for rising star Neel Gohil, and his participation in Sunday's race will give the Nairobi-based prodigy more time behind the wheel of his race vehicles.


This season, Neel has driven a Two Wheel Drive buggy and a Toyota Vitz in his historic double championship campaign. He made history by being the first driver of teenage years to win two senior Autocross titles in a single season.

Similar to Neel, Azaad Manji won the Two Wheel Drive Turbo championship in the penultimate round and will undoubtedly make a comeback to display his trademark exhilarating thrills.

Star driver Rajveer Thethy, Ismael Azeli, and recently crowned champion John Kasivane are among the other contenders in the Open Class, along with Tinashe and Caroline Gatimu's daughter and mother team.


Champion of the Four Wheel Drive Turbo Class Eric Bengi is retuning in his Evolution X brand.

Allan Bengi has already won the Pee Wee Class and will return to earn as many championship points as possible.

At the homestretch, however, Allan's brother Eaan will compete against leader Gitau Munene for the Bambino title. In the race between Gitau and Eann, the winner stays at home.

The Junior Two Wheel Drive Non-Turbo championship is already secured by Karamveer Singh Rooprai, but in the season's final race—which is predicted to be a muddy and wet affair—he will face Cheche Ababu.

For the Sunday race, the Umoja Racing team, consisting of three cars, is also listed.

They are Gideon Kimani in a Subaru N10, Kadivane (a Subaru GF8), and Clement Marini (an EVO7).

The Autocross Round 10 race will be conducted in accordance with Kenya's National Competition Rules.
