After his brace propelled the Serie A leaders to their first-ever quarterfinal appearance with a 3-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday, Victor Osimhen said Napoli is daydreaming about Champions League success.
Nigerian striker Osimhen scored twice on either side of halftime to prevent any mistakes in Naples and enable his club to win the match quickly and rightfully, 5-0 overall.
On a beautiful night for the largest club in southern Italy, Piotr Zielinski added Napoli's third from the penalty spot. Osimhen thinks Napoli can go all the way.
Making history with this victory is great, Osimhen told Amazon Prime.

"We have the team to keep dreaming, so we will continue to do so" (win the Champions League). Our direction is correct. Our coach is excellent. We'll see what the future brings, but we stand a substantial opportunity".
The panel will determine Friday's last eight of Europe's premier club competition. Luciano Spalletti's team is on the verge of winning their first Serie A championship in over three decades.
The hot-shot Osimhen, who has now scored 23 goals for arguably the most exciting squad on the continent, has propelled them to an almost likely domestic victory and a strong showing in Europe.
When asked if he was impressed by Pep Guardiola calling his team the greatest in Europe, Spalletti responded with a sharp "no," which was less optimistic about Napoli's chances than Osimhen.
Randal Kolo Muani, a France attacker who has suspended the game after being shown a red card in the first half, was not there for Eintracht, and the Bundesliga team barely caused Napoli any trouble.
Oliver Glasner's team exits the competition on a night when their supporters caused considerable mayhem in Naples despite the fact that no tickets were available for away supporters.
Since Italian authorities issued two separate bans in a short time, Eintracht chose not to use their match ticket allocation for fear of a repeat of the unrest in Frankfurt before the first leg.
- Fan Disputes
Hardcore supporters of the German team nevertheless engaged in combat with Neapolitan police on a tense evening.
Tuesday footage broadcast in Italian media also showed Napoli supporters hurling objects at buses carrying Eintracht supporters.
The tension was lower outside the stadium as Napoli passed without incident.
After a fantastic tackle by Zielinski propelled Khvicha Kvaratskhelia sprinting toward a goal in the 19th minute, he nearly scored his second miraculous goal in less than a week.
But as he attempted to take a shot, he was forced wide, and Kevin Trapp made a smart save to keep the Georgian from scoring two minutes before halftime.
Osimhen scored for Napoli moments later, demonstrating why he is one of the best attackers in the world with a wonderfully timed leap and header from Matteo Politano's looping cross, but Trapp was powerless to stop it.
Seven minutes after the break, Osimhen added another goal with a more clear finish by tapping in Giovanni Di Lorenzo's low cross following further excellent teamwork from Politano and Kvaratskhelia.
After two half-chances for Daichi Kamada and Rafael Borre of Eintracht and another excellent stop from Trapp on Kvaratskhelia, Napoli cruised and had a three-goal lead for the evening.
Djibril Sow tripped up the great Zielinski, who then picked himself up and calmly converted the penalty kick in the 64th minute.
As they saw their team make history, the packed Stadio Maradona crowd could chant "Ole" at each pass.
