The GWR stated shortly after Baci's challenge that they were only in a rush to declare the record official once they reviewed all relevant evidence related to the challenge.
"We're aware of this amazing record attempt, but we need to review all the evidence first before officially confirming a record," GWR tweeted on May 15.
