Equity Bank is set to close some of its services on Saturday, September 23, 2023 to do routine maintenance.
According to Equity, the services include the Equity Mobile App and Online, EazzyBiz, *247#, One Equity till Number and Cash Deposit Machine services
Therefore, the lender has advised its customers to use ATMs and its Equitel telephony services.
“Due to a planned system maintenance, Equity Mobile App and Online, EazzyBiz, *247#, One Equity till Number and Cash Deposit Machine services will not be available on Saturday 23rd September, 2023 from 11pm to 8am on Sunday 24th September, 2023.Apologies for any inconvenience caused,” read the communique.
