Laika Umuhoza and Harmonize allegedly have a romantic friendship, although they have not publicly confirmed their relationship.
In an interview with Ugandan media, Laika disclosed that Harmonize initiated contact by sliding into her Instagram DMs in 2020, leading to an exchange of contact information.

According to Laika, she and Harmonize met in 2023 when he invited her for a vacation in Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam, where they spent quality time together. Despite the romantic speculation surrounding the trip, the Ugandan singer asserted that their meeting was primarily focused on recording music rather than being romantically motivated.

Laika mentioned that she went to the country with a producer named B-Boy to work on recording songs. She revealed plans to release approximately three songs from their collaboration.

Addressing questions about the financing of the trip, Laika explained that Harmonize, being financially comfortable, willingly covered the expenses. She clarified that this support was not tied to any romantic involvement between her and the Bongo singer.
“But Harmonise is rich. Why would he make me pay when he can pay it?” Harmonise is a very kind person. Down to earth. He is blessed. That Guy is very blessed… And because of his character, he deserves everything he’s about to achieve. Harmonise is my best friend,” she said.
Harmonize has been navigating various relationships since his breakup with Frida Kajala in December 2022, showing a pattern of not settling with one woman.

After parting ways with Kajala last year, the Bongo singer was initially linked to Rwandan beauty Yolo The Queen in what seemed like a stable relationship. However, in a surprising turn of events, he is now romantically associated with Ugandan beauty Laika Umuhoza.
Adding fuel to the speculations surrounding their relationship, Laika and Harmonize recently got matching tattoos, prompting discussions about the possibility of them taking their connection to the next level.

Laika Umuhoza, is a Ugandan-Rwandan recording artist, vocalist, songwriter and live perfomer. She was born in Kanungu district in the Western region of Uganda but grew up in Munyonyo, Kampala.

Laika holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting she completed her University education in the U.S and graduated in 2019. It was after her graduation that she decided to follow her passion for music and become a singer.

Laika released her first single titled “My Type” in 2020 after a series of several cover song performances. She rose to fame on Instagram by gaining popularity through her covers of songs by American singer-songwriter Lauryn Hill and American-Jamaican singer Elaine.
