In the aftermath of the controversies surrounding DJ Fatxo and the tragic death of Jeff Mwathi, Mwalimu King'ang'i, a popular comedian and radio presenter also known as Churchill, recently shared his thoughts on the matter. During an interview with Maina Kageni on a morning radio show, Mwalimu revealed that he had listened to the entire interview conducted by Massawe Jappani on Radio Jambo.

Mwalimu King'ang'i expressed his belief that there is a just God overseeing everything. He acknowledged that while Jeff's mother spoke on the radio, he had carefully considered the interview and reached a personal conclusion. He stated that if DJ Fatxo had indeed committed the alleged actions he was accused of, then he believed that God would ensure justice is served. On the other hand, if DJ Fatxo was innocent, as determined by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), then Mwalimu King'ang'i believed that God would vindicate him and restore everything he had lost over time.

In sharing these thoughts, Mwalimu King'ang'i emphasized his trust in divine justice and the ultimate resolution of the situation.

Mwalimu King'ang'i expressed his confidence in the thorough investigation carried out by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) regarding the allegations against DJ Fatxo. He firmly believed that DJ Fatxo would not have had the financial means to bribe the entire government machinery, indicating his trust in the integrity of the investigation.

Drawing a parallel, Mwalimu King'ang'i offered an analogy to illustrate his point. He mentioned the crucifixion of Jesus, highlighting that Jesus was condemned despite being innocent of any crime. He suggested that people's judgment of DJ Fatxo may have been influenced by emotions rather than factual evidence, implying that a rush to judgment without considering all the facts could lead to unjust conclusions.

By invoking this analogy, Mwalimu King'ang'i aimed to caution against hasty judgments and urged listeners to consider the importance of examining all the evidence before forming their opinions on the matter.

During his interview with Massawe Japani on Radio Jambo, DJ Fatxo provided an explanation for why he and Jeff ended up at his apartment in Kasarani. According to DJ Fatxo, they had work to attend to the following day, and he believed it would be practical for Jeff to spend the night at his place so they could easily begin their work in the morning.

When asked about how they initially connected, DJ Fatxo revealed that he obtained Jeff's contact through a mutual friend named Faith Mutanu. He explained that he had requested Jeff's number because he had a specific project in mind that required Jeff's assistance. While DJ Fatxo acknowledged that he and Jeff were not extremely close, he mentioned that they would interact on occasion. He emphasized that their limited level of closeness provided no motive or reason for him to harm Jeff in any way.

By sharing these details, DJ Fatxo aimed to provide context to their relationship and to refute any speculation or assumptions suggesting ill intentions on his part. He wanted to establish that their interactions were primarily work-related and that there was no basis for accusations of harmful intent or involvement in Jeff's tragic demise.

"Mwathi and I were not very good friends, we would only interact when we met," said

After receiving Jeff's number from Faith Mutanu, DJ Fatxo expressed his intention to contact Jeff regarding his services. On a Tuesday, DJ Fatxo visited a Wines and Spirits joint in Ruiru, where he held some shares. Around 2:30 pm, he posted a meme on his status along with a friend. Following the post, Jeff reacted to it, initiating a brief interaction between them.

As a result of their online exchange, DJ Fatxo and Jeff decided to meet in person to discuss the business opportunity DJ Fatxo had for Jeff. Later that day, they went out together, joining others for a night of partying and clubbing. Unfortunately, it was during the course of the night that Jeff tragically met his untimely demise while at DJ Fatxo's residence.

DJ Fatxo had become a person of interest in the investigation, considering the unfortunate circumstances of Jeff's death occurring at his house. However, due to a lack of evidence implicating him, DJ Fatxo was subsequently cleared of any involvement by the court.

By providing these details, it aims to outline the events leading up to Jeff's death and highlight DJ Fatxo's legal status in the case, emphasizing that the court found no evidence to support his culpability.
