Police in Kwale County have detained four individuals concerning the theft of household goods worth Ksh1 million.
During the seizure, police officers seized 12 televisions, one motorbike, six recorders, 400 mobile phones, two computers, 14 woofers, five petrol cylinders, four mattresses, seven solar panels, and culinary utensils.
Samburu police commander Lydia Mambo said on Tuesday that the items were discovered in the Mwavumbo ward as officers were investigating another incidence of phone theft.

The police chief advised residents who had stolen items to report them to the Samburu police station so that they could be identified.
