Shortly after the death of Starlet Wahu, a lady has bravely stepped forward, accusing John Matara, the man who murdered Starlet Wahu of torture and theft during what was to be a date.

This revelation closely follows the exposure of a prior victim who documented her horrifying ordeal, thrusting the alleged serial offender into intense scrutiny.

The unnamed woman, who recently reported her traumatic experience to the police, recounted an ordeal lasting over six hours, describing herself as 'held captive' by Matara at her own residence.

A week after their initial encounter on a dating site, events unfolded when Matara persistently pushed for a physical meeting at his house.

Resisting his pressure, the victim, linking Matara to the recent murder of socialite Starlet Wahu, recounted his unwavering persistence. The night took a sinister turn as Matara allegedly subjected her to torture and sexual abuse in her own home, ultimately robbing her of more than KSh 18,000 in cash.

Courageously detailing the sequence of events, the victim recounted Matara's attempts to exert control by insisting she keep her phone away during their conversation.

In her harrowing account, Matara escalated the situation by physically assaulting and undressing her, ultimately chaining her to a bed. The terrifying ordeal included threats to her life with three knives, demanding cash, and leaving her battered and traumatized.

The alleged assailant proceeded to transfer funds from her savings account to his phone, stole her passport and ID, and craftily deceived neighbors as he made his exit from her residence.

Rescued by alert neighbors, the victim promptly filed a statement at Kahawa Police Station and sought necessary medical attention.

With investigations into Matara's actions gaining momentum, the community anticipates justice for the victims and underscores the significance of online safety and vigilance against potential dangers.

These unfolding narratives highlight the urgency of swift action to prevent additional harm and the necessity of holding perpetrators accountable for their actions.
