Police officers have launched an investigation into a fire incident that left a mother and her three children burned to death inside their home in Manyatta, Kisumu East Sub County.
The arsonist is alleged to have closed the door from the outside before lighting fire to the Mabati structure with fuel around 2 a.m.
Ten other surrounding houses were also burned, and the owners lost all their properties despite the Kisumu Fire Department's efforts to extinguish the fire.
