Famous Mugithi star Samidoh has spoken after a long silence, about his endless efforts with the police to ensure that justice was done. The singer didn't post anything even after attending Jeff's funeral.
Samidoh recalled 16 days of sorrow, confusion, and nonstop journeys to the proper offices in search of justice. He expressed his happiness that they were at last moving perfectly. Samidoh concluded that justice and truth are inseparable.

In an interview, Jeff's girlfriend Faith revealed that his friends claimed the 23-year-old had instigated a fight the night of his death over Samidoh.
When Mutanu called, he inquired about Samidoh, a Kikuyu singer, and Jeff. She said he was indeed his uncle. When Mutanu brought up the fact that Jeff had instigated a fight at night while boasting about the singer being his uncle, Jeff brought up the incident.
