Diddy Combs has found himself the subject of a bizarre lawsuit, with claims that even the Mexican cartel wants to take him to court.

Reports indicate that a Colorado inmate and member of the infamous Sinaloa Cartel filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of “tarnishing his reputation” within New York City’s criminal underworld.

The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of New York, was swiftly dismissed by Judge Laura Taylor Swain, who ruled that the plaintiff, Gonzalez, suffered injuries during criminal activities that are not protected by law and that his claims lacked “an arguable basis either in law or in fact.”

“Alfredo P. Gonzalez, currently incarcerated in Colorado, sought $666,000 in damages, asserting that Combs and his associates had tarnished his reputation in New York’s criminal underworld.”

“According to Gonzalez’s complaint, the trouble began when he refused to assist Combs’ alleged requests to traffic minors for parties. The plaintiff claimed that after declining these purported offers, he was told his life would be made ‘hell’ due to the ‘power [Combs] has in the streets.'”[via NewsNation]

The idea that Diddy’s alleged crimes are so illicit that even the cartel is taking him to court has prompted a bevy of hilarious responses, with many labeling the disgraced rapper and producer as the most “evil” man alive.

“You are one sinister a– n—- when the cartel is suing you,” says a viral tweet with over 3.5 million views.

“You gotta be one of the most evil n—– alive to have a cartel member come out and say that even a Diddy Party is too much for them,” read another joke on the social media platform.

Sued by the cartel is nuts. He’s legitimately one of Satan’s greatest soldiers https://t.co/e3PSZ3XTGB

Even 50 Cent, who is producing a Netflix documentary about Diddy titled Diddy Do It?, reacted to the news in a now-deleted Instagram post. He shared a picture of the cartel lawsuit headline with the caption, “Ok, I have seen it all, WTF is going on here.”

Earlier this summer, Diddy, whose home was raided by federal agents as part of a human trafficking investigation, faced a ninth sexual assault lawsuit.
