Second Lady Pastor Dorcas Rigathi hosted a free medical camp in her neighborhood in honor of her birthday. The Second Lady expressed her gratitude to God and Kenyans for the chance to serve in her X platform speech.
She claimed to be overjoyed, thankful for another year of life and the experiences the Lord had given her.
"Because God saw it fit for the community of Ndunyu ya Chege, Gatanga Constituency to be my place of birth and the home where I spent my childhood years, it is my joy to celebrate this birthday by offering a free medical camp," she said.
As I celebrate another year of life, my heart is full of gratitude for the experiences the LORD has granted me. On this special day, I wish to thank God and Kenyans for the opportunity to serve.

Kenyans sent birthday greetings and well wishes to the Second Lady to celebrate her birthday. She attended a formal function to mark her birthday the previous year.
Her two sons, Kevin Rigathi and Keith Rigathi, and other family members and friends, celebrated her. A two-tiered cake with gold ribbons on each layer and purple and white cream decorations was given to her as a present.
Purple writing on the cake read, "Happy Birthday Pastor Dorcas." The pastor also received a bouquet of vibrant yellow flowers, which she used to pose for a picture to commemorate the occasion.
"God has been faithful, and His grace sufficient to me," she replied.
