Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has stated that he will not endorse any other politician for the presidency in the 2027 elections.

At a fund-raising event at Kyua Catholic Church in Machakos County on Saturday, Kalonzo said, "It is not easy to support Raila again in 2027."

Kalonzo mentioned a recent Bondo ceremony where ODM leader Raila Odinga declared he would back his presidential run in the next election.

"Our brother spoke his mind, and we are still walking together, there is no turning back," Kalonzo said, adding that the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition is still in place.

The Wiper leader confirmed that the 2027 race will be difficult to overcome because "he will be smelling like wiwiii." He stated that he would not return.

During the service, Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti, MP Robert Basil (Yatta), and MP Stephen Mule (Matungulu) all stated that Wiper would not support any other presidential candidate in 2027.

When the time comes, Wavinya and other leaders present have promised to conduct an aggressive presidential campaign for Kalonzo.

Speaking at the same event, Kalonzo launched a new attack on the government of President William Ruto over the recent demolition of property in Mavoko. He branded it a grave infringement of human rights, demanding the government to pay the impacted families.

Matungulu MP Stephen Mule called on the government to pay Kenyans who lost homes, a failure to which they could seek the involvement of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
