A construction structure in Nairobi's Pangani neighborhood has collapsed, resulting in the deaths of at least four persons and the injuries of eight more.
The building's scaffolding fell, resulting in the incident at the Bajun Tower along Mukunga Street.
The majority of those hurt, according to police reports, were construction workers, and rescue efforts are currently in progress.
Fred Abuga, the boss of Starehe Sub-County Police, acknowledged the occurrence and stated that inquiries are still underway to determine what exactly happened there.

Under the direction of the Nairobi County Disaster Management teams, rescuers from various agencies arrived at Mukunga Street in the Pangani Area of Nairobi.
Teams at the Bajun Towers site, which is still under construction, have confirmed four deaths.
“Walikuwa wanapiga plaster kwa gorofa ya 15 na zile miti zilikuwa zinawazuia ndio zilivunjika,” OCPD William Sirengo said.
Eight additional individuals who suffered severe injuries in the fall are presently receiving medical attention at various establishments.
"Some are at KNH, and some are here. In case someone needs it, we have also set up counseling," Red Cross spokesperson Patience Kitongo stated.

The state of building in Pangani and Eastleigh has been criticized by locals, who claim that developers are not following safety regulations.
