A 25-year-old man's body was discovered in a Usenge town residential area last evening. Bondo sub-county police are investigating the death.   

Inside the compound of that residential area, the body of a man named Pius Onyango Ouma was discovered hanging on a fence post. The suspicion is that he committed suicide.


The landlady of the residential property, Jennifer Maureen Aringo, reported the issue, according to Siaya County police Commander Cleti Kimaiyo.

When Usenge police station officers arrived on the scene, they discovered that the deceased had a Saturday night argument with his wife after he left the house and never came back.

According to Kimaiyo, Onyango is thought to have committed suicide even though he left no note behind.

According to the head of county police, the body, which showed no signs of physical trauma, was taken to the mortuary of Bondo Sub-County Hospital to await an autopsy.
