Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has issued a stern to private car owners. The CS icautioned  individuals who utilize their private vehicles as PSVs (Public Service Vehicles) to cease this practice immediately. Failure to comply could result in their vehicles being removed from circulation. Kindiki emphasizes that it is illegal to use private cars for passenger transportation without the appropriate permits.

He expresses particular concern about two types of vehicles, the "Sienta" and "Noah," which are commonly utilized for extended journeys. According to him, these vehicles should not be employed as PSVs.

Kindiki emphasizes the seriousness of flouting this rule and underscores the potential risks involved. He asserts that persistent disregard for the regulations could lead to unfavorable outcomes.
