Travelers hanging out of a moving vehicle on a busy highway to face the law after the video caught the attention of transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen.

The CS reacted to the unsettling video, stating that the car was registered to James Gathogo Njeri.

He said the Mercedes-Benz KCX 959 B-class E-250 broke traffic laws, endangering the occupants and other motorists.

"Mr. James Gathogo Njeri, this is how your white Mercedes-Benz KCX 959B class E-250 was being driven on Mombasa Road in one of those “where is the Minister” moments. We are concerned, and a responsible citizen has alerted us. We shall do what we must," Murkomen said.

The footage was captured by passengers of another car following them, who eventually drove closer and cautioned the two guys hanging out the windows.

The two could be seen laughing and dancing as the car drove down the busy highway, utterly unaware of the risk they were putting themselves and other drivers in.

Even after being cautioned, they could be seen giggling uncontrollably.

CS Murkomen has threatened to take action against the car's owner and the two passengers spotted hanging from the windows.
