Former Nairobi Governor, Honourable Mike Mbuvi Sonko has shared some advice with the president's daughter, Charlene Ruto. Sonko has urged Charlene to cease her current activities and adopt a more composed demeanor. Sonko warned that her actions were fueling the situation and raising tensions among the Gen-Z population. He suggested it would be wiser for her to step back and allow her father to fulfill his promises to the youth of Kenya. "Madam Charlene, I have just seen this video online. I know guys in the government, fear telling you the truth and addressing you with facts and sincerity?," posted Mike Sonko.

Sonko concluded by advising Charlene to resume her activities only after the situation has settled.

For the past three weeks, the country's conversations have focused on how the government can address the ongoing Gen-Z protests. People from all walks of life have made efforts, within their capacities, to calm the situation.

The clergy of Kenya has repeatedly advised the government to engage in dialogue with Gen-Z to end the protests. Similarly, political leaders have supported the idea of a conversation between the president and the youth.

A few days ago, the president of the Republic of Kenya announced his readiness to talk with the youth on any platform where they feel safe.

The president's daughter, Charlene Ruto has been using her platform to advocate for an end to the demonstration with the president and other relevant parties. On her social media accounts, Charlene has been spotted engaging in a variety of activities to get to know the Gen-Z demographic; nonetheless, her attempts have only served to irritate them further.
