The High Court affirmed the election of Starehe MP Amos Mwago in August 2022.
On Tuesday, March 7, the court declared that it was satisfied that Mwago's election complied with legal norms.
The election of Mwango was challenged in court by three voters, Stanely Kyalo, Peter Waihenya, and Samuel Nduhiu, who claimed that anomalies and illegalities tainted it.
The court points out that the alleged violence could not have altered the election outcome in any way.
