Azimio la Umoja coalition leader Raila Odinga says that they will keep protesting until the price of unga drops and kenyans have free choice.
While addressing his supporters in Eastleigh, odinga said that they wanted peaceful protest but president ruto brought officers to assault them and arrest them adding that what the president was doing was against the constitution

Teargas, according to Edwin Sifuna, will not deter them from completing their goal. He went on to say that the parliamentarians had marched out of Parliament without weapons but were being teargassed.

Babu Owino, MP for Embakasi East, has directed cops to continue using tear gas on Azimio la Umoja supporters.
Owino told Kenyans from the House of Representatives that the police were carrying out their responsibilities and using tear gas sparingly to disperse the crowds.
He urged the demonstrators to fight back, urging the police to exercise restraint and not be abused despite the fact that they were dealing with more serious problems than the ordinary mwananchi.
