According to President William Ruto, public employees must treat Kenyans with honour and decency.

He continued that to help the nation advance, and they must regularly consult and consent to being informed.

He stated that to provide the people with much-needed services, "it is time to join together and work together, irrespective of our political inclinations."

He addressed Thursday at State House in Nairobi when the Chief Administrative Secretaries took the oath of office.

He informed them that to "push our agenda ahead," he expects to see professionalism, competence, talent, energy, and passion in action.

Among the other leaders were Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Members of Parliament, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, First Lady Rachel Ruto, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, and others.

The President acknowledged that Kenyans' quality of life improvements are being achieved but promised that more work will occur.

We are also on schedule to provide farmers with inexpensive fertilizers.

"We aim to increase production to feed more people and reduce poverty nationwide. He declared that Sh24 billion had been distributed to 19 million borrowers in 36.5 million transactions as part of the Hustler Fund's first phase".

The President stated that while working to close the five million gap, the government is on track to build 200,000 additional housing units this year.

"We must work hard and diligently serve the people as we advance the Bottom-Up Economic Reform Plan now that the Government is taking shape."

He did, however, caution the Chief Administrative Secretaries and other government employees that they must carry out their duties within the bounds of the law.

Among the CASs who were sworn into higher offices in the country include Millicent Omanga, who is the CAS in the security docket, and Dennis Itumbi, who is the CAS in the ICT docket
