The building was seen engulfed in flames, with most windows broken, in videos obtained by Citizen Digital.
It follows a week in which protesters vandalized UDA offices in Kisumu.
The protesters broke into the building, looted items of unknown value, and set fire to a car belonging to one of the staff members.
The youths vandalized the windows and steel doors before lighting the fire that consumed part of the rooftop with a black 5000-litre tank on top of the building. The rowdy youth stole electric appliances, maize sacks, and chairs.

Margaret Anyango Owegi, a UDA official, stated that the protests targeted UDA campaigners in Siaya.
"As UDA officials, we dedicated one of the offices in Siaya where we coordinate our activities, and this morning some of the youths allegedly hired by certain politicians from as far away as South Nyanza and Kisumu burned it down."
