Hon. Mike Mbuvi Sonko, the former Nairobi County Governor, has claimed that he was with Jackie Maribe on the day that businesswoman Monica Kimani was murdered. Responding to Maribe's recent revelations, Sonko stated that he would never betray his friends in their time of need.
He further stated that he is ready to testify in court if required to do so. The former governor revealed that he took his friends, including Maribe, for drinks after his interview, and they partied until 4 am.
