Calvin Okoth Otieno alias Gaucho, the self-proclaimed Bunge la Mwananchi president, was released on Ksh.5,000 cash bond by the Kiambu court on Tuesday following his detention outside Nairobi's City Hall on Monday.
Otieno was reportedly apprehended by undercover cops while engaging supporters outside the county headquarters for unknown reasons.
