This is in reference to the ongoing case where it is alleged that the Embakasi eat mp shot the DJ at a club in Nairobi in 2020. the shooting incident left the DJ paralysed. During a court session on Thursday, evolve revealed that he did not see who shot him and did not see babu owino with a gun.

"Did you happen to see Babu Owino with a gun?" Defence counsel Duncan Okatch questioned DJ Evolve, who responded, "No, we were just having conversations."

"A bullet injured me, but I don't know from which gun," he continued. I just got into a car to go to the hospital...I discovered that Babu Owino was assisting me, and as a friend, I expected him to take care of me.
