In the streets of Kisumu, a guy and his son were spotted without shirts on and with towels wrapped around their waists.

Holding the boys' hands was a man wearing a scarf-like item around his neck decorated with Kenyan flags. The man, who has not yet been identified, has been seen previously at other Azimio protests still with his son. Netizens have been left in shock, citing the man has disregarded the danger he is putting the child in.

The man, who we shall nickname 'Omujinga', has remained adamant the economy is affecting even the children thats why the kids must also protest.

Amid the protests in Kisumu, police have been stationed to ensure security for the Azimio protesters.

To prevent any potential bloodshed, the armed police were manning every corner of the town with patrol cars, guns and rungus.

Businesses appeared shuttered, and the road heading to Kisumu State Lodge was closed.

Leaders have urged Azimio leader Raila Odinga to call off the demonstrations, but he has insisted they will continue.
