Nairobi senator Edwin Sifuna arrived at the much-anticipated Azimio's anti-government protests with an interesting prop on his head.
The Azimio supporter joined protesters in Kibera with a sufuria on his head as they protested, demanding the government lower the cost of living. It is alleged that police officers camped at his house waiting to arrest him, only for him to pop up in Kibera.

During his address to the residents of Kibera, sifuna said that their protests were peaceful and that police should be removed from the road so they could continue peacefully.

Two people were shot on Wednesday morning due to the ongoing anti-government protests in Migori County.
Mike Ochere, the administrator of Oruba Nursing Home Hospital, verified that two middle-aged males with gunshot wounds are being treated at the facility.
