Family and lawyers of Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino have stormed the police station where he is being held, demanding his release.

 In the viral clip, they can be heard chanting for his release. The azimio allied MP was arrested yesterday at the airport as he landed from Mombasa and was immediately taken into custody.

His whereabouts remained unknown for a better part of yesterday until this morning when his location was revealed.his wife is pleading with Azimio's leadership to help secure his release.

Fridah Ongili went on to say that her husband was arrested for trying to fight for the rights of kenyans and has done nothing wrong.
