Sports Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba's troubles continue to mount as National Assembly Deputy Speaker Gladys Shollei asks about his ministry's mismanagement.

This comes after Majority Leader Kimani Ichung'wah advocated summoning Namwamba for accountability on August 17, citing dissatisfaction with the ministry's treatment of Kenyan sportsmen.

Shollei appeared on the Citizen TV show on Tuesday and alluded to Namwanba's ministry's decadence while supporting Ichung'wah's plan. Sholloei claims she even hosted Boston and London marathon champions after the ministry failed to greet them properly upon their return.

"I'm glad this was brought up. It's incredibly unpleasant coming from Uasin Gishu, where most athletes come from, yet I listen to them. "Every time they've landed, they've come to my house here in Kitusuru because the CS doesn't care," she explained.

"I've hosted them for breakfast and lunch, and we've talked about their problems, and they've told me horror stories." They fly economy, while ministry officials fly business and first class, with 14-hour layovers on occasion.

She also revealed that the recently introduced Talanta Hela app, which was supposed to foster youth innovation and abilities, has been a white elephant because it is nowhere to be found.

She also stated that the ministry has been providing some teams with copycat outfits to wear during international games, even though the ministry is funded.

"Watching sports management at the moment is excruciating. I only looked for the Talanta Hela app yesterday, and it doesn't exist. "They said it was launched," she explained.
