Announcing the development on her verified social media accounts, Pauline Njoroge expressed her joy over the Malindi Court's decision to close her case and return her confiscated gadgets.

The acclaimed blogger disclosed that the prosecution lacked any substantial charges to bring against her. Furthermore, there was an attempt to request additional time to gather evidence for the case.

"The Malindi Court has today closed my case after the prosecution once again failed to charge and asked for more time to gather evidence.

My gadgets have also been released." Pauline stated.

A few weeks back, celebrated blogger Pauline Njoroge and her companion faced an unfortunate incident during their vacation in the Watamu area along the Coast.

Their arrest stemmed from allegations of possessing illegal substances, resulting in the prolonged confiscation of Pauline Njoroge's electronic devices.

Pauline asserted that her belongings were being unlawfully withheld, emphasizing that no substantial case was established against her.
