After one year in power, the Kenya Kwanza administration has confirmed that it has maintained its pledges to Kenyans.
Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi said the scorecard proves that President William Ruto's administration is working to keep its commitments to Kenyans.
Mudavadi asserts that the government would not relent in addressing issues that will benefit Kenyans.
He praised President Ruto's economic recovery policy, adding that what has been accomplished in one year results from proper planning, consultation, and citizen engagement.

"Objectively, in our first year in office, the Government has made progress against the backdrop of inheriting a badly tortured economy." Mudavadi made the remarks during a televised interview to commemorate Ruto's first year in office as he wrapped up a three-day official tour of the United Kingdom.
Mudavadi emphasized that the country's larger benefit depends on excellent leadership, commitment from its leadership, and collaboration with the people.
The Prime Cabinet Secretary highlighted major achievements, such as lowering fertilizer prices from Ksh.7,000 to Ksh.2,500, and stated that this year's harvest will serve as a milestone for Kenya's economic transition.
He also stated that corruption will not be tolerated in President Ruto's administration.
He stated that turning around the country's economic fortunes would not be like 'instant coffee.' Still, he reassured Kenyans that the government's plans will see growth in all sectors of the economy.
He further denied that the Kenya Kwanza Government was attempting to legitimize itself and accused the opposition of being in denial.
On the scorecard, Mudavadi mentioned some areas where the government has done well, particularly in agriculture and education.
For example, he stated that the government has been able to engage 56,000 more teachers, which is critical for the country's future, and that the education sector has received a budget of over Ksh.630 billion to ensure it is well-facilitated.
Mudavadi has also declared that the government will prioritize and finish projects that have been committed to but have been blocked.
