According to the court documents seen by waza, the ladies are accusing Odipo of mistreating them. They say that his being raised away from the home impacted him differently on how to relate and interact with his siblings.

Why is @RadioCitizenFM allowing their employee @OdipoJosephat to use his influence to obstruct the rights of others within his family? This is not acceptable! #Mchecheto #JosephatOdipoExposed pic.twitter.com/O9MMQnvgLz

The female siblings accuse their male siblings of gender discrimination by sideling them in the inheritance talk. The report notes that their father died in 1982, but the property has never been divided.

It adds that the sisters have been present in matters about the land and have even been to court when an outsider tried to claim it while the brothers just watched from a distance.

The sisters are calling on the brothers to cooperate to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Odipo is yet to respond to the allegations.

While some kenyans are defending Odipo, saying that men are the only ones entitled to the inheritance, some claim that women should have a share of it too.

"It is unfortunate that @OdipoJosephat has teamed up with his brothers who claim to be pastors to label their sisters as witches in order to evict them from a parcel of land their father bought and the sisters paid for the balance when the father passed on." one user noted
