However, he continued, "We want to reassure you that as of right now, we are in office lawfully, will adhere to all procedures, and all former officials will be allowed to defend themselves openly.
Even though Kega was saying this, the Kioni-led side made it known that there was only one way for party members to communicate.
The Party rejected an earlier announcement of the induction of new members via its official Twitter account.
Note to the public and our members: Official Party communication is on the official Party platforms till the conclusion of internal processes to address the deadlock within the Party, it said.
Journalists were contacted via a WhatsApp message and invited to cover the induction, which EALA MP Kanini Kega organized.
"New office bearers will be sworn in on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, by Jubilee Party AG Secretary General Kanini Kega. After then, he will make a press release.
At Dik Dik Gardens, off Mandera Road in Nairobi, the temporary officials are currently in a meeting. They should also speak to the media.
Following the suspension of former leaders, the Registrar of Political Parties recognized the officials associated with the Kenya Kwanza camp, which is currently in power, on Tuesday.
Eldas MP Adan Keynan was appointed interim national vice-chairperson in the changes made by the Jubilee National Executive Council and approved by the Registrar of Political Parties Ann Nderitu.
