Roma, led by manager Jose Mourinho, secured their place in the Europa League final by playing out a goalless draw against Bayer Leverkusen in the second leg of their semi-final match.
Thanks to Edoardo Bove's goal in the first leg, Roma held a 1-0 advantage on aggregate, which proved to be enough for them to advance.
Leverkusen's Moussa Diaby came closest to scoring in the second leg, striking the crossbar during the first half, but they were unable to find a breakthrough.

Roma will now face Sevilla in the final, scheduled to take place in Budapest on May 31.
Notably, Jose Mourinho has an impeccable record in European finals, having emerged victorious in all of his previous five appearances, including his recent triumph in the Europa Conference League with Roma last season.
"My concern isn't marking my place in the Roma history books," Mourinho told Sky Sports.
"It's helping these kids [players] to grow and achieve important things"
"It's also helping the Roma fans who have given me so much since day one. It's an immense joy to get to another final."
With a deficit to overturn, Leverkusen were on the front foot early on, and Diaby came close to leveling the tie after being sent clear down the right, only for his fierce effort to rattle the bar and bounce clear.
Following Kerem Demirbay's low shot, which was saved by Roma goalkeeper Rui Patricio, Leverkusen had another opportunity when Sardar Azmoun seemed to be fouled by Bryan Cristante just outside the box. Despite protests from the Leverkusen players, the referee allowed play to continue.
In the second half, the home team continued their offensive efforts, with Azmoun narrowly missing the target with a shot. However, despite their dominance in terms of territory, Leverkusen struggled to create clear scoring opportunities.
On the other hand, Roma can now anticipate their second European final in consecutive years, a remarkable achievement considering their 31-year absence from such a stage prior to last season.
