Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) has appointed Rose Mwaura as the new Chief Operating Officer.
Before her appointment, she was the first female CEO and Secretary to the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) for five years.
She spearheaded initiatives in membership automation, strategic policy advocacy, capacity building, financial management, and project development.
KEPSA says that her focus on networking and long-term business strategies aligns with its objectives.
Mwaura holds an MBA in strategic management and is pursuing a Ph.D. in management and leadership.
