During an interview with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels Television's Politics Today program, Governor Jackson Ademola Adeleke of Osun State stated that he believes he is underestimated by some and referred to as the "dancing governor." When asked how he would respond to critics who suggest that he is not qualified to lead the people of Osun state, Adeleke addressed the issue.

Earlier today, the Supreme Court presided over the Osun guber election petition between former Osun state governor Adegboyega Oyeyola and Ademola Adeleke. The Supreme Court ruled in favour of Adeleke and asked him to continue as governor of Osun State.

However, Governor Adeleke, while responding to Seun's question, said that "I felt underrated, they call me a dancing senator".

Adeleke responded by saying that everyone has their own talent, and dancing happens to be his. He added that he could have pursued a career in music, but he is grateful that his nephew, Davido, and his son, Sina Rambo, are doing well in that field.

The governor emphasized that his passion for dancing does not detract from his commitment and dedication to providing the people of Osun state with the benefits of democracy. He also noted that those who initially criticized him for dancing and questioned his ability to govern are now dancing as well.
