Citizen TV's Linus Kaikai has stepped forward to criticize the ongoing discourse surrounding the events following General Ogolla's passing. There has been much talk about his alleged presence at Bomas of Kenya, where he was purportedly aiming to overturn the election results. These claims persisted even during his funeral proceedings.

Linus Kaikai has vehemently rejected the notion, stating it was wholly inappropriate for politicians to broach such discussions during the late General's funeral. He further argued that it was highly unlikely for someone of the General's stature to engage in such an act.

According to Kaikai, generals of his caliber typically pursue grander objectives; they are not inclined to intervene in election results, considering it beneath them. Instead, he emphasized that generals usually aim for more significant undertakings, such as overthrowing entire governments, given their resources and capabilities.

He proceeded to express his disappointment at how politicians politicized the late General's funeral.

"I think this Bomas Ogolla thing has been overdone for political reasons, it’s been overplayed. The President has asserted many times that Ogolla was among people who wanted to overturn his election. Typically soldiers don’t overturn election results, they overthrow governments.”
