Angolan businesswoman and entrepreneur Isabel dos Santos is the richest lady in Africa. She is the daughter of José Eduardo dos Santos, a former president of Angola.

Isabel's success results from her persistence, continuous effort, and clear vision. She is one of the most successful African ladies.

Isabel was born in Azerbaijan in 1973; her father was the president of Angola. 

She completed her studies in London and received an electrical engineering degree from King's College. 

After completing her schooling, Isabel returned to Angola and began working in the private sector.

In the initial stages of her career, Isabel worked in Angola's telecommunications sector. 

She finally rose to the position of CEO at Unitel, a mobile phone network. 

Isabel became one of Angola's most successful businesswomen and helped Unitel grow into the country's largest mobile phone network.

In addition to her success in telecommunications, Isabel has also made significant investments in the banking and media sectors. 

She is the creator of Santo Holding, an investment firm with holdings in businesses in Angola, Portugal, and other nations. 


As one of the most prosperous African businesspeople, Isabel has excelled at spotting chances and seizing them because of her commercial aptitude and talent.


Despite her accomplishments, Isabel has had a lot of setbacks and difficulties in her professional life. She has had to negotiate Angola's convoluted political system as the president's daughter.
