“I arrived at the scene and found people gathered and shouting. The house was already on fire,” said Kisiang’anyi.

She stated, "It is quite unfortunate that the family of Isaac Kutondo has suffered such a loss due to disagreements among neighbours."

Everlyne Kutondo, speaking for the impacted family, stated that they could not recognize the suspects due to the darkness.

"What I can say is that a group of unknown people broke into our house at night, started destroying things before setting the house on fire," Kutondo added.

She stated that several of her family members escaped in the darkness and had yet to return.
