Ingredients:

• 1 lb of goat or beef (chuck or ribeye work well)

• 2 tbsp of olive oil


• 1 tsp of salt

• 1 tsp of black pepper

• 1 tsp of paprika

• 1 tsp of cumin

• 1 tsp of turmeric

• 1 tsp of ginger powder

• 1 tsp of garlic powder

• 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Cut the meat into desired size and thickness.

2. In a Medium bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric, ginger powder, garlic powder and lemon juice.


3. Rub the mixture over the meat, ensuring it is even. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum or overnight for best results.

4. Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the meat for about 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.

5. Take off the grill and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

6. Serve with your favourite sides such as chapati, Ugali, Sukuma wiki and a cold beer.
